The Singapore Industrial & Cultural Learning Program (SICLP) was first launched in 2013 with Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) under the supervision of Assoc Prof. Dr. Anees Janee Ali, former Manager of Pelajar Tanpa Asrama (PETAS) and Director of the USM International Office.

In 2017, the program expanded to Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) under the supervision of Mr. Fauzi from the Centre of Entrepreneurial Development and Graduate Marketability (CEM). Since then, numerous students have participated, and many are now working in Singapore.

The program gives students the opportunity to:

Be placed at top 5-star luxury hotels in Singapore

Join the Mooncake Festival Teams

Gain career development skills, workplace exposure, and cultural experience

Receive allowances, meals, training, and insurance coverage
