Mooncake Program
The focus of the training program is designed provide professional practical hands on experience in the critical operational aspects of a mooncake project. The focus will be on the end to end execution of a mooncake project from production to point of sale with specific emphasis on logistics, quality control and retail operations.
Retail Operations
This 3 month training program is designed to build core competencies in retail operations within Singapore’s beauty and health sector. Trainees will acquire practical, hands-on experience in managing a retail environment with a strong focus on customer engagement, product knowledge and operational efficiency.
